What is Condensate Gas?

Condensate gas (often called natural gas condensate or simply condensates) is a light liquid hydrocarbon that is separated from natural gas when it is produced from the reservoir.

Origin: It comes from natural gas wells or oil fields. When natural gas containing heavier hydrocarbons (like pentane, hexane, heptane) reaches the surface, the drop in temperature and pressure makes these hydrocarbons condense into liquid form.

Appearance: It looks like a clear, water-like liquid but has a petrol-like smell. Composition: Mostly C5+ hydrocarbons (pentane and heavier), often mixed with small amounts of naphtha-range materials.

Uses of Condensate Gas:

- Refineries: As a feedstock for producing gasoline and other light fuels.
- Petrochemical plants: For making plastics, solvents, and other chemical products.
- Diluent: Blended with heavier crude oils to reduce viscosity and improve flow in pipelines.

At Globexia Limited, we specialize in the reliable supply and trading of condensate gas to meet the growing energy demands of industries and refineries across Nigeria and international markets.

We source directly from reputable upstream producers and export terminals, ensuring high-quality condensate that meets global specifications for use in refining, petrochemical production, gasoline blending, and industrial heating applications.

Through our established logistics chain of tank farms, pipelines, barges, and export vessels, we guarantee seamless delivery on both FOB and CIF terms. Our operations are backed by strict quality testing, international trading standards, and regulatory compliance (NUPRC, NMDPRA, NIPEX-JQS, ISO 9001:2015, etc.).

With Globexia, buyers gain a trusted partner for consistent volumes, transparent contracts, and efficient port/anchorage deliveries—whether for domestic consumption or international export.

In short: We connect global markets to Nigeria’s rich condensate reserves, fueling industries with reliability and integrity.
Our trade process spreads across CIF, FOB, TTO, and TTT, depending on the buyer's preference.

Here's what they entail:

1). Cost Insurance and Freight (CIF): Here, the seller will handle everything from loading the vessel, paying for insurance, and sending the product to wherever the buyer wants it delivered.

2). Freight On Board (FOB): Here, the seller pays for the transportation of the goods to the port of shipment, plus loading costs, while the buyer pays the cost of marine freight transport, insurance, unloading, and transportation from the originating port to the final destination.

3). Tanker Take Over (TTO): Here, the buyer will take over the vessel, offload the product at their destination, and return it.

4). Tanker To Tanker (TTT): Here, the buyer uses their own vessel, long sides with the seller's vessel, and then the cargo is transshipped when the transaction is fully settled.
